School Culture Summit

Are you looking for new ways to build amazing school culture on your campus?

Join us for a powerful 2 day summit designed especially for school administrators who know how critical a great culture is to the success of students, teachers and parents alike. Working in partnership with other passionate school leaders, you’ll discover new practical tools in an interactive peer-to-peer learning environment that will help you and your team transform your school culture for the better, forever.

How it works:

  • School culture summits are held over 2 days and schools are invited to bring a team of 3 to 5 staff members.
  • We ask you bring at least one administrator, an activities person, and a person of influence in the school culture.
  • Typically, our school culture summits are limited to no more than 12 teams, to help expose you to diverse thought in a close-knit working environment. In addition to working with our presenters, teams from each school will have built-in collaboration time to create a plan for their specific school.

Topics we cover:

  • Who and what drives school culture,  making positive shifts in school culture & building a community of trust
  • Moving staff from silos to collaboration & involving parents in creating positive school culture
  • Practical tools to evaluate where you feel your school is doing well and where you could focus for an even stronger culture and then the tools to create a starting plan for going back to campus.
