“This is a Summit every Administrator and teacher/leader should attend to develop an unbelievable school culture.” – Hugh Bursch, Assistant Principal at Heritage High School
“Talk about walking away not only inspired but with great ideas and a plan you can start implementing right away!” – Marc Gallaway, Principal, Selah Middle School.
“The ability to not only work within the teams that came from our school, but to have SO many opportunities to build relationships and learn from others was phenomenal.” – Kim Hopfer, Teacher at Golden West Middle School
“Whether your school culture requires small tweaking or a major overhaul, this Summit provided the time and invigoration to move forward with real ideas for improvement. Great 2 days!” – Laura Uslan, Principal at Delta High School
“Our school was stuck and didn’t know how to get moving again. This Summit helped us create a team with passion and vision and most importantly, we came out with a road map.” – Susan Torres, Assistant Principal at Coast High School
“I am not sure what I was expecting for these two days, but it was more than I ever could have hoped for! I can’t wait to take our ideas our group came up with back to our school and help improve an already great school. Phil and Shyana gave us the confidence to follow through with ideas that have been swimming on the periphery for quite sometime.” – Kelly Abrams, Teacher and Coach at Thousand Oaks High School
“It is hard to put into words what I gained from the Summit! When people ask “What did Phil say you should do?”, I can’t answer that…because it wasn’t Phil saying we should do anything! It was Phil and Shyana providing us with resources and experts and tools to help us to develop our own practical plans for our school! It was an invigorating and challenging few days! I can’t wait to get back to my site and start moving our staff toward a more positive school culture!” – Kim Bair, Activities Director at Woodcreek High School
