This hands-on, two-day experience will equip your team with practical tools and a customized plan rooted in the School Culture By Design Framework. You’ll leave with clear next steps to strengthen relationships, boost collaboration, and create the kind of culture where both staff and students flourish.

  • Create a tailored, actionable plan for lasting, impactful change.

Culture Summit Details

  • DAY ONE:

    Morning Session:

    • Presentation on core philosophies to build thriving staff and student culture.

    • Community building to model ways to build connections on campus.

    Afternoon Session:

    • Introduction to a roadmap and 4 main focus areas for your team to consider.

    • Time with school team to assess current state and determine where each team wants to focus.

    DAY TWO:

    Morning Session:

    • Short presentation on ideas that have been seen around the country for building healthy staff and student culture.

    • Group brainstorm to help each school gather a variety of possibilities for their specific goals.

    Afternoon Session:

    • Time as a team to build out a plan that aligns with your teams goals.

    • Inspirational closing

    The Summit is highly collaborative with a blend of short presentations, large group activities, small group discussions, and 1:1 conversations.

  • We believe building a healthy school culture is a team effort. To make the biggest impact, we ask that each school bring at least 3 staff members who are influential on your campus. This should include at least one administrator, a key individual who directly shapes campus leadership and activities, and additional team members who are passionate about fostering a thriving school culture.

  • The cost is $800 per person, which includes a buffet lunch on both days, workshop materials, and one license of Staffulty Builders for your team.

    Teams can pay either by Credit Card or Purchase Order.
